Refunds and Returns and Exchanges
Due to COVID-19 and the nature of products we sell , We are unable to accepts returns and issue refunds. To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, you must first contact us within 14 days from order date at info@FormFigure.com. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product they wish to exchange. Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition they were upon delivery. Plastic packing must be returned. No exceptions. Refused packages by customers will not be accepted as an exchange or form of cancellation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Form Figure is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Formed Figure will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please send us a few pictures of the damaged item 3 days after delivery. We will NOT replace any items 3 days after delivery if issue is not reported. Email us at email@example.com and we'd be happy to assist you with the process.
